Disk drive won't be recognized

Hi,

My Medion Laptop won't recognize my disk drive anymore since this week. Before it worked properly and seemed to have no problems recognizing CD's and DVD's.

Server Upgrades 9 - 11 October

The new servers are up, sorry for the downtime today. The DNS should update over the next 24 hours. Our First test show that the new servers are 10 times faster

Code monkeys... if you ever have problems making ASP connect to a 64bit mysql database on a 64bit windows system, The mysql 64 bit connection string and driver is not easy!! anyway contact us on the "contact us page using the customer service form.. our database guru will let you know.. as far as we know this has only ever rarely been achieved without windows 2008 server..

I just recently downloaded Sony VGN-FE660G Data Recovery Boot CD 98 XP 2000 Vista English - Download Now, and have no clue on how to run it to rebut my laptop computer. am i supposed to burn it onto a cd then try to run it? I did that just as i started my laptop and it woulnt Rebut. I'm lost on what to do and how to use it.
