The sort of information you will need to put into the search tool could be something like: Dell Inspiron 8200, LG Mobile Phone, BT Diverse 4000, Toshiba Tecra, Sony Vaio GN-S or even words like Toshiba or just 1640z, all would get results. Start with the most simple search like Dell Inspiron and if you cant see what your looking for then add some more specific information. We will normally hold the following items for every computer system obviously if your looking for mobile phone software or digital camera manuals then the information would look considerably different

How do i get my download?

Due to abuse we have had to change the system! Once you have pressed the buy it now button, you will be sent to a checkout. This checkout will then take some personal information off you. This is required by U.K. law as we have to raise a taxable invoice even for downloads(If you are not an E.U. resident then no tax will be charged). When filling in this form the most important thing to remember is your email address. When filling in your email address enter it all in lowercase and remember the email address your are using (50% of all customer problems relate to the incorrect inputting of their email address!). You will then be re-directed to Paypal Nochex or Google Checkout (which ever you prefer to use). Once you have paid for your item, you will be automatically logged back into your account from paypal, you will also be emailed your password and your login information. You will now have access to an account that will hold every download you have ever purchased off of us forever!! If you have ordered a physical item then use the <view> link to see your shipping / tracking information. By using this type of account or library you can build and keep safe all the drivers service manuals and recovery cds. If ever the worse happens and you loose you computers configuration your recovery system is always there for you.
How do i download a CD?
CDs are downloaded as an image these images are known as .ISO files
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Once you have downloaded the .ISO image do not copy the whole image to a CD! All you have done then is copy the .ISO image file to another medium. Obviously the disk will not work as you need to convert the .ISO image into a CD. You can convert the iso using programs like Nero or many of the others available. For more information on how to burn an .ISO file please go here "how_to_write_iso_files_to_cd" If you do not have a program to convert an ISO into a CD then please see the next question below
Help i don't have an CD writing software that knows what a .ISO file is

What Is a .PDF File ?
These are Adobe Portable Document files some of these are very big up to 100Mb, You will need to have adobe acrobat reader installed to view these.
