What is Google Checkout?

Google Checkout is an alternate method for completing your order on user-guides.co.ukThis service allows you to make purchases using your Google Account information. With Google Checkout, you can save time simply by entering a single username and password. You only have to fill out a single page of information once to make your first purchase. After that, you just need to enter your Google Checkout login to make a purchase. There's no need to re-enter your information or create multiple usernames and passwords each time you buy!

When you buy with Google Checkout, you can track all your orders in one place and shop with confidence knowing that Google protects you from unauthorized purchases.

• Place the items you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart as you normally would.
• Click the Google Checkout button in the Shopping Cart. You will be redirected to Google's web site (google.com).
• Sign in to your existing Google Account or create a new one.
• After you have signed in or registered, you will begin the Checkout process.
• At any point during this process, you may return to user-guides.co.uk to shop for more products, update your Shopping Cart, or use our standard Checkout process.

Order Status

After you have placed an order, you can view your order status, order history and tracking information by logging in to your Google Account.

Google Checkout Order Return Policy

Google Checkout Orders may be returned to a user-guides.co.uk store or to rscds.com

Refunds for purchases returned to a user-guides.co.uk store will be issued as store credit any full refunds will be at the descetion of either rscds.com staff or directly by Google Checkout

When returning an order purchased through Google Checkout to user-guides.co.uk, the applicable credit will be applied to your original form of payment from Google. Please follow the instructions on your packing slip.

Cancellation Policy

After an order is placed through Google Checkout, it cannot be modified. An order may be cancelled if it has not yet been sent to our warehouse for processing. Please call user-guides.co.uk Customer Services to find out if cancellation is possible. If you wish to place a new order using Google Checkout, you will need to return to our web site and select the Google Checkout option from your Shopping Cart. For your security, we are unable to place orders on your behalf using Google Checkout.

Restrictions

The following services are not available if you complete your order using Google Checkout:

• Gift Messaging
• Shipping to P.O. Boxes
• Shipping to multiple addresses
• Returns to user-guides.co.uk stores for refunds (items may be returned for store credit)
• Other payment methods offered by user-guides.co.uk
