The Aspire 3050 laptop is manufactured by Acer™ using devices supplied by ATI™, nVidia™, Realtek™, A4 Tech™, Conexant™, Philips™, Chicony Electronics™, Atheros™, Broadcom™, Ralink™, ENE Technology™, AMD™, VIA™ and Alcor Micro™. Graphics has two devices, the radeon xpress 200m rs482 and the geforce 8500 gt g86. Hd audio can have up to 3 devices, the ixp sb4x0 high definition controller, high definition audio and the high definition audio.

Human interface system uses the optical mouse wop 35 trust 450l optical mouse device. Modem is designed for use with the hda cx11254 soft modem hardware.

The multimedia device utilises the saa7131 saa7133 saa7135 video broadcast decoder and the usb composite hardware. Network can have up to 5 devices, the rtl 8139 8139c 8139c, ar2413 nic, bcm4311 wlan, rt2561 rt61 pci and the l1 gigabit ethernet. Pcmcia system uses the cb 712 4 cardbus device. Sd host controllers is designed for use with the ene pci secure digital card reader controller hardware.

Storage can have up to 3 devices, the ixp sb400 ide controller, ixp sb400 ide controller and the ixp sb400 sata controller.
