Only the driver disk is available for Windows® XP. However Full operating systems are available for Windows® Vista & Windows® 7.

The Aspire T180 pc is manufactured by Acer™ using devices supplied by nVidia™, Intel™, Realtek™, Microsoft™, Elan Microelectronics™, Texas Instruments™, Marvell Technology™, Broadcom™, Seiko™, AMD™ and Alcor Micro™. Graphics can have up to 4 devices, the geforce 6100 nforce 405 c61, 82q963 q965 integrated, 82q963 q965 heci and the 82q963 q965 kt. Hd audio can have up to 4 devices, the mcp61 high definition, high definition audio, 82801h hd controller ich8 and the realtek high definition audio.

Human interface can have up to 3 devices, the basic optical mouse, wheel mouse optical and the am 400 hama optical mouse. Ieee 1394 is designed for use with the tsb43ab23 ieee 1394a 2000 controller hardware.

The multimedia hardware is controlled by the lifecam vx 1000 device. Network can have up to 3 devices, the 88e8056 pci e gigabit ethernet, 82566dm gigabit and the bcm4306 lan. Printer system uses the stylus dx4450 device. The storage device utilises the mcp61 sata and the 82801h 4 port sata ide ich8 hardware.
