The X70AC laptop is manufactured by Asus™ using devices supplied by Intel™, Realtek™, Elan Microelectronics™, Ricoh™, Chicony Electronics™, Atheros™ and Verbatim™. Graphics has two devices, the mobile 4 series chipset integrated and the mobile 4 series chipset integrated. Hd audio runs on both the 82801i hd controller ich9 and the high definition audio.
Human interface system uses the usb device. Ieee 1394 is designed for use with the r5c551 ieee 1394 controller hardware. The imaging hardware is controlled by the uvc webcam device.
The network device utilises the ar928x wireless pci express and the rtl8111 8168b pci express gigabit ethernet hardware. Sd host controllers has two devices, the r5c822 sd sdio mmc ms mspro host adapter and the xd picture card controller. Smart card readers is designed for use with the r5c843 mmc host controller hardware. The storage device utilises the ich9m m e sata ahci and the portable hard drive hardware.
